1. What the Service is for
Use the Service to prepare, review and manage patent application materials for inventions you have the right to work on.
2. What you may not do
- Upload content you have no right to share, or that breaches a confidentiality duty you owe.
- Upload the restricted data listed in our terms, including classified or export-controlled technical data.
- Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or help anyone else do so.
- Submit filings you know to be false or misleading, or use the Service to mass-produce applications without genuine review.
- Probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or bypass security or usage limits.
- Reverse engineer the Service, extract model weights or prompts, or use output to build a competing AI model.
- Access the Service with bots or scrapers, or resell or share your account, unless your plan allows it.
- Upload malware or interfere with other customers' use.
- Use the Service to scrape or data-mine patent office systems in breach of their terms.
3. Reporting a problem
To report misuse or a security issue, email rciesco@termanai.com. Please include enough detail for us to investigate, and do not access other customers' data while testing.
4. What we do about violations
We may remove content, suspend or close accounts, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
