1. Reporting infringement
If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- the material you say is infringing and where it is, with enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, address, telephone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

3. Counter-notice
If we remove your content and you believe that was a mistake, you may send our agent a counter-notice with your signature, a description of what was removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.
We may restore the content 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complaining party tells us it has filed a court action.
4. Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
